We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

Job Description:

The HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and successful placements.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, employee engagement, and team-building activities.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, promoting a harmonious work environment.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify and address performance issues and implement strategies for employee development and growth.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with training providers to design and implement relevant programs.
    • Support employee development initiatives, including mentoring programs and skill-building workshops.
  5. HR Administration:

    • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other relevant documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree and HR certifications are a plus.
