We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drone Technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Thanos, a leading drone OEM based in Hyderabad, specializes in extensive R&D to develop cutting-edge drones. As India's No.1 Agri drone company, Thanos pioneered the development of multi-rotors tailored for Indian agricultural conditions.

The candidate will be responsible for UAV maintenance for our existing clients, providing swift technical support, troubleshooting, and repairing agri drones and components. Collaboration with engineering for complex issues, maintaining customer interaction records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to technical guides and FAQs are essential aspects of this role. The candidate will stay updated on drone and agri-tech advancements and enhance skills through training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct UAV maintenance for existing clients
• Provide swift technical support via various channels
• Troubleshoot and repair agri drones and components
• Collaborate with engineering for complex issues
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups
• Assist in creating technical guides and FAQs
• Stay updated on drone and agri-tech advancements
• Enhance skills through training sessions
• Travel as and when required.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Understanding of electronic and drone components
• Exposure to the drone industry (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Engineering background with 1-2 years of hands-on experience (mandatory)
